Simple, comfortable and authentic, the Kiamika tent blends in perfectly with the environment. It attracts families and couples looking for a unique camping experience!

The Prêt-à-camper tents manufactured by the Quebec company ATUK are adapted to the natural constraints and specificities of the Quebec climate. They are erected on a wooden structure (walls and floor) and have two bedrooms separated by a common wall. You can enjoy a fully furnished and equipped outdoor kitchen shelter, in addition to a compost toilet.

Information

The stay includes:

  • A pitch and a prospector tent that can accommodate a family or a maximum of 4 adults.

  • A 2-element propane stove outside under a kitchen shelter, dishes, everything needed for meal preparation, a picnic table with 2 Adirondack-style chairs.

  • A propane BBQ.

  • 2 20 liter propane cylinders

  • A ring of fire

  • Access to a dry toilet and a compost toilet.

  • Wood stove

  • Solar panels powering lighting and USB charging socket

Canoe-camping expedition

Notes:

  • The location cannot accommodate additional equipment.

  • This location is accessible by boat only and is located on the reservoir 7 km from the outfitter.

  • Weather conditions may prevent you from accessing the site.

  • You must arrive at least 2 hours before sunset to access your tent, if you arrive too late at the outfitter, you will have to sleep on the main site and pay the additional costs that apply.

  • Wood is not included in your stay, you can purchase it at the outfitter's shop ($).

Advice :
Always check the bathymetric map for the distance to travel from the outfitter's reception.
